In September, SIMEC was appointed as general contractor for a big scale pellet project in Indonesia. Recently, we've completed the fabrication of some equipment. Pellet cooling system will be delivered in the first shipment.

 

The Tipping Type Counterflow Cooler is an important machine that will make the fresh pellets to be hard and solid. The cooler has the following features:1)Widely used in all kinds of pellet feed cooling in feed industry, such as aggregate, puffed fodder, tablet and other granular material, especially suitable for puffed pellet cooling;

2)Vertical overall layout, the appearance looks simple and nice;

3)Advanced counterflow cooling principle and swinging flap unloading mechanism controlled by flexible hydraulic transmission making the flow and speed of the discharge can be adjusted, the discharge is fluent with a uniform amount; octagonal cooling warehouse can remove the dead space while cooling, and is propitious to the cooling treatment of material;

4)New type of rotary spreader guaranteed the materials to be evenly and fully cooling and reduce the broken rate obviously with little power of consumption, the field of material place can be adjusted;

5)After cooling, the material temperature is not higher than room temperature of 5 ℃, precipitation rate of not less than 3.8%, that extend the store time of high quality pellets;

6)In the front of the device there is an access door, convenient to daily maintain, check and repair; at the side and on the top there are several observation windows easy to observe the operating condition of equipment.
